Based at Carrefour Langelier and reporting to the Property Manager, here are the main missions of your new position as Property Coordinator:

• Respond to service requests;
• Distribute work tickets to building technicians and follow up on them;
• Ensure good communication between the technician and the property manager;
• Ensure the proper deployment of technicians to buildings;
• Ensure that tenant files in Yardi are complete and up to date;
• Respond to various requests from tenants;
• Send various letters and notices;
• Process purchase orders;
• Process invoices;
• Manage security permits and incident reports;
• Manage service contracts according to requests from property managers;
• Prepare monthly reports;
• Collaborate with the property manager on satisfaction surveys;
• Supervise rent arrears in collaboration with the property manager;
• All other related tasks.

Qualifications:

• College diploma in office automation;
• CPM or FMP certification (an asset);
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar job and more specifically in real estate;
• Perfect command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
