As a Product Marketing Coordinator on our team you will be responsible for supporting product development initiatives by providing the sales team with effective tools and resources for new product launches, with a focus on driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of new product initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Complete EMs, item setups, updates to customer portals, 1WS submissions, and updating online content.
- Management and analysis of new products costing
- Assist in managing and analyzing the costing of new products.
- Support the submission of purchase orders, track budgets, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Help create and analyze sales and category reports to track product performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Support the management of product sample requests and update internal project status reports as needed.
- Assist in the rationalization and categorization of products to ensure proper alignment and organization.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials for both internal and external use, including sell sheets, product photography, launch presentations, product manuals, and new packaging.
- Help create and maintain accurate product specifications.
- Support the creation, review, and approval of marketing materials, label copy, and artwork to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
Recipe for Success:
- Completion of university diploma in Marketing or Business
- Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing or related work field
- Previous marketing experience in business, ideally the Food Manufacturing industry
- Excellent organizational skills in order to meet tight deadlines, with strong project management skills
- A self starter with the ability to identify projects, solutions
