What you’ll do
• Consistently present and offer all available F&I products and services to customers
• Complete and submit credit applications
• Collaborate with financial institutions to secure funding for vehicle purchase and leases
• Coordinate with the Company’s Credit department to obtain lease credit approvals
• Prepare and review vehicle financing and lease contracts
• Provide explanations of financing programs and effectively sell extended warranty products to customers
• Facilitate lease terminations and buyouts
• Complete all necessary tasks in DealMaker and LeaseMaker systems
• Receive and process all types of sales or lease payments
• Prepare and submit monthly extended warranty and insurance remittance
• Collaborate with Salespeople and vendors
• Assist other branches with vehicle deliveries when necessary
What you need to succeed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five years’ experience in vehicle sales or three years in business office management
• Valid Driver’s License and Driver’s Abstract acceptable to TDF Group’s Driver and Vehicle Safety Program
• Ability to obtain an automotive sales license (AMVIC, VSA, OMVIC)
• Due to fiduciary responsibility, pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance and Credit Check is required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Efficient interpersonal skills and self-motivated
• Detail-oriented and well organized
