Your Impact as a Treatment Coordinator
In this role, you’ll be the face of our practice, creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. You’ll take ownership of:
- Making a Memorable First Impression – Welcome new patients with warmth and enthusiasm, making them feel at home from day one.
- Educating & Guiding Patients – Help patients understand their treatment options and feel confident in their journey toward a healthier, more beautiful smile.
- Building Strong Relationships – Act as a trusted liaison between patients, doctors, and referring dentists, ensuring seamless communication and personalized care.
- Driving Practice Growth – Follow up with potential patients, track conversion metrics, and play a crucial role in helping our practice thrive.
- Keeping Things Organized & Efficient – Maintain detailed patient records and communicate professionally with referring dentists.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of orthodontic office experience preferred
- State of California radiology license preferred
- Experience with dental treatment plans and insurance is preferred
- Certified Dental Assistant certification is a plus
- Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively
