Your Role
As an Administration Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating positive patient experiences and driving our practice’s success. Responsibilities include:
- Monitor referrals
- Manage New Patient Exam process
- Manage recall lists
- Project and Protocol implementation and monitoring
- Attend monthly meetings with Doctors and the Practice Manager to analyze the progress of the practice; adjust plans as necessary
- Daily/Weekly review of KPI’s
- Support marketing initiatives
- Front desk and customer experience
- Update the Practice Manager daily on matters of importance
- Management of employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, retention, development, and separation
- Employee performance management, with the Practice Manager
- Effectively communicate relevant project updates and information to the administrative team
- Coordinate and oversee committees; help them set goals. Attend committee meetings if invited. Review minutes of each committee meeting.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Doctors and Practice Manager.
About You
- Two years of administration experience within a clinical setting (Preferred)
- Experience working in an orthodontic or general dental clinic is an asset.
- Leadership experience (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems is an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
