Your Impact as an Orthodontic Records Technician

In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating positive patient experiences and driving practice growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Creating Exceptional First Impressions – Greet patients, tour them through the office, take panoramic and cephalometric x-rays and patient photographs and completing iTero scanning and uploading orthodontic records.
• Patient Case Management – Managing Invisalign cases and taking ownership of the records room.
• Providing Proper Patient Transition – Partner with our Treatment Coordinator in successfully integrating new patients into the practice and introduce the patient to the Treatment Coordinator.
• Supply Ordering – Responsible for restocking, order necessary supplies and ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment.

Qualifications 

• Experience within a dental/medical clinical setting is an asset.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
• Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
• Comprehensive benefits package
