Your Impact as Treatment Coordinator
In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating positive patient experiences and driving practice growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating Exceptional First Impressions – Welcome new patients with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their orthodontic journey.
- Patient Education and Treatment Planning – Work alongside the orthodontist to present treatment options, utilizing educational tools to help patients understand their care journey.
- Building Patient Relationships – Review health histories, understand treatment goals, and serve as a trusted liaison between patients, doctors, and referring dentists.
- Practice Growth – Follow up with potential patients, track conversion metrics, and contribute to practice development.
- Professional Communication – Generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records.
About You

Qualifications
- 1+ years of dental or orthodontic office experience preferred
- Professional sales experience considered an asset
- Treatment Coordinator experience a plus
- Knowledge of dental treatment plans and insurance requirements
- Certified Dental Assistant certification an asset
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
