About the Role

Corus Radio has an exciting opportunity for the position of Program Manager responsible for the day to day operation of two dynamic and fun radio stations in Edmonton, Alberta. These stations have some great talent to work with, diverse and engaging formats and a collaborative culture in the hallways.

If you have PD or APD experience and can bring a winning attitude to the table you should apply for this new role reporting to the Regional Program Director.


What we need from you: 

  • Experience in successfully managing the Programming department of a radio station
  • Experience in coaching and directing on-air talent as individuals and as a team
  • A demonstrated understanding of the integration of radio and online as parts of a multi-platform brand
  • An understanding of organizational behavior
  • Comfortable with change, in a fast paced, continuously evolving industry
  • Willingness to collaborate with all Corus programming resources to share ideas and win
  • A hunger for innovation
