We are hiring immediately for an Aquatics Supervisor to join our team at the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark!

Aquatics Supervisor Responsibilities:

Perform recruitment, hiring, training, motivating and evaluating duties

Periodic disciplining of all Aquatics staff

Ensuring safety of staff and guests at the waterpark

On-deck supervising, lifeguarding and/or slide attending

Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need as an Aquatics Supervisor:Experience:

2+ years’ relevant supervisory experience

Certifications:

Current LSS National Lifeguard Service Award

Current Standard First Aid/CPR-C

Education:

Secondary School Graduate Diploma preferred

Other Qualifications:

LSS Bronze Family Examiner, First Aid Instructor/Examiner and NLS Instructor/Examiner an asset

Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure

Must be able to work all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
