What you’ll contribute to our team:

  • Provide HR systems support to human resources, payroll,  and operational staff- both corporate and divisional team members, including training, configuring system access, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all Dayforce modules into an integrated solution while ensuring seamless data flow with no interruptions to company processes for multiple legal entities and work locations.
  • Responsible to configure and test the Ceridian Dayforce system and related procedures to ensure they adhere to organizational processes, policies, and guidelines. Ownership of specific modules within the Dayforce system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues, conducts testing, and ensures data accuracy.
  • Ownership over the configuration, maintenance/ upgrades, provisioning, operational and ongoing administration of key Ceridian Dayforce modules, timeclocks, workflows, and forms.
  • Control over system support and analysis, including functionality and design review, end to end user testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or updates. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate implementation of upgrade or fix.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience as a Dayforce Systems Administrator an asset.
  • Experience with Dayforce Payroll & Scheduler ( Advanced ) modules  an asset
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Demonstrated commitment with to extensively test and implement system changes.
  • Ability to create custom Dayforce reports using Dayforce coding and excel skills
  • Ability to diagnose problems as they arise within HRIS systems.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • SQL programming experience  an asset.
