Are you passionate about exercise and wellbeing? We welcome applications from all who are active learners in the area of wellness and are motivated to group exercise classes in person. The goal is to help people over 65 increase mobility, relieve pain and reduce the risk of falls by building strength and improving balance.

You can sign up to instruct classes for as little as 2 hours a week and up to 25 hours a week.  We have over 48 locations, most of which are in North York– and you can work at locations that make most sense to you, although some level of flexibility is required.
