Summary:

As Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and clients in a prestigious commercial real estate environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the overall experience of tenants and visitors within the property. You will serve as an ambassador for the company, ensuring that all interactions reflect the professionalism and excellence associated with our brand. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and clients, greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide assistance and information to tenants and visitors regarding building amenities, services, and local area attractions.
  • Coordinate tenant requests, including maintenance issues, reservations, and special accommodations, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Monitor and maintain the appearance of common areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization to uphold the highest standards of the property.
  • Assist in the coordination of events and activities within the property, including tenant appreciation events, networking opportunities, and educational seminars.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages for tenants, ensuring accuracy and security in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and maintain the overall functionality of the property.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property services, amenities, and local resources to effectively assist tenants and visitors.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required, including tenant feedback.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality, customer service, or property management is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or commercial real estate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and property management software.
  • Demonstrated reliability and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding company values and standards.
  • Knowledge of safety and security procedures, with the ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
