Summary:

The Digital Solutions and Procurement Coordinator is a dynamic and integral role responsible for implementing and managing software solutions, supporting users across multiple platforms, and streamlining procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency within a national commercial real estate environment. This individual will collaborate with property managers, procurement teams, and technology partners to ensure seamless integration of digital tools, improve resource management, and provide ongoing training and support. Responsibilities:

Software Implementation & Support:

  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and ongoing administration of software solutions tailored to property management needs.
  • Provide frontline user support and troubleshooting for software applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

 

Training & User Guidance:

  • Develop and conduct training programs and instructional materials to help property managers and team members effectively utilize new tools and software, including procurement platforms.
  • Deliver ongoing guidance and support to ensure users are maximizing the potential of digital tools.

 

SharePoint & Virtual Tool Evaluation:

  • Support the setup, administration, and continuous improvement of SharePoint environments and other collaboration tools.
  • Evaluate emerging digital tools and solutions, recommending enhancements that align with business needs and increase team productivity.

 

Process Documentation & Improvement:

  • Assist in the creation and refinement of process documentation to streamline operations and establish best practices for property managers and procurement teams.

 

Procurement Strategy & Support:

  • Work closely with the procurement team to develop strategic priorities, assist in creating procurement tools, and train staff on their usage.
  • Support the development and maintenance of supplier lists, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Review and provide feedback on contractor agreements, ensuring alignment with business and procurement strategies.

 

Collaboration & Efficiency Initiatives:

  • Assist property managers in identifying new resources and tools to drive efficiency across their portfolios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency through digital solutions and streamlined procurement processes.

 

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software implementation, user support, and training, preferably in a commercial real estate or procurement environment.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint administration, procurement processes, and contractor agreement reviews.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with property managers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and strategic sourcing.
  • Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and digital solution platforms.
