The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality educational offerings to support member learning and professional development. And just when you think your hard work is done, you will continue to leverage specialized technology, instructional design techniques, and best practices to identify and address learning gaps, ensuring engaging and effective training programs for CREB® members.

Some key responsibilities include:


• Designs, develops, and updates instructional materials using specialized authoring tools and evolving adult learning methodologies.
• Oversees the planning, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of various member learning opportunities.
• Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Applies instructional design best practices, assessment models, and industry trends to enhance learning programs.
• Manages multiple priorities, ensuring high-quality course development and continuous improvement in professional development initiatives.

What qualifications and skills do I need to meet your requirements?”

We like your enthusiasm already. Here’s a list of the minimum requirements to be competitive:

  • Post-secondary education specializing in Adult Education, Instructional Design and/or Human Resources plus relevant experience, or equivalent
  • 5-7 years in Training Administration, Instructional Design and Delivery, and/or Adult Education
  • Certification in Training, Adult Learning, Web-based Training/eLearning, Content Creation, or Instructional Design (preferred)
