  • Complete scheduled and unscheduled work orders in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure the reliability of underground equipment in challenging environments.
  • Test repaired equipment to verify functionality and recommend improvements to optimize performance and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience working as a heavy-duty mechanic, preferably in underground mining or resource industries.
  • Familiarity with underground equipment, such as scoops, jumbos, and hydraulic drills, is required.
  • Experience with key equipment brands such as Sandvik, Liebherr, Epiroc, CAT, Komatsu, is required.
  • Journeyman Heavy Duty Off-Road Technician certification is required.
