What you’ll be doing
This position is responsible for coordinate and audit documentation on entries, as assigned. This position will be assisting and maintaining the quality and accuracy of import entries. Furthermore, the position handles requests for missing information and ensures that all data is accurate

You will be responsible for
- Provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers in acquiring the proper import documentation.
- Review of Certificates of Origin and other documentation to confirm eligibility to Free Trade programs.
- Analyze and update PGA records in entries and database with knowledge of PGA reporting requirements.
- Audit assigned files to ensure accuracy and instructions are followed.
- Work with operations department in maintaining of client database.
- Service clients and report any issues to Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Ensures all shipments are entered in accordance with the US Federal Code of Regulations.
- Support as required in all Departmental Operations.
What we need from you
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Customs brokerage.
- Basic knowledge of HTS classification.
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge
