Buckland is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor
What you’ll be doing
This position is responsible for oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse

You will be responsible for
- To provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors and service providers.
- Supervises packaging, receiving, and shipping activities.
- Completes packaging, receiving, and shipping tasks as needed.
- Tracks in-bound and out-bound inventory.
- Collaborates with the customer service team and other departments.
- Escalates issues to managers and recommends potential solutions.
- Makes sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.
- Schedule and arrange needed preventative maintenance programs for all equipment to comply to lease conditions to maximize output and reduce costly repairs.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Ability to manage a group of 15 to 20 employees.
- Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.
- Assign tasks to team members.
- Hire and Terminate employees.
- Assists with training and guidance of direct reports.
- Monitor work volumes of direct reports to ensure entries are completed to customs regulations guidelines.
Supervise team members, conduct team meetings, monitor attendance, and work schedules
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or an equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
- Minimum 4 years proven warehouse management experience.
- Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- High level of organization, time management and attention to detail.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (US SB only).
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
- General knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety regulations.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Software
