We’re looking for independent professional Cleaning Subcontractors who enjoy providing the highest level of service to clients. As an Independent Subcontractor, You Must Have:
- A valid business registration number
- A GST Number
- Workers' compensation coverage
- Third Part Legal Liability Insurance
- Experience in Light/heavy duty cleaning & waxing, using Auto Scrubbers & Burnishers
- Experience in cleaning large retail stores
- Stripping and waxing is an asset
What You Will Be Doing:
- Follow current COVID 19 protocols (i.e., mask, disinfecting procedures, social distancing)
- Complete cleaning per provided instructions within the allotted time
- Maintain contact with Operations/ Site Manager if there are any issues, notes, or necessary information to relay
- Have and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, unless provided by Alpine
