Booking Coordinator
Reporting to: Manager, People and Performance
Location: Calgary, Palmer Hangar
Schedule: Four days on shift followed by three days off, based on a 11-hour workday
Starting salary: $50,000
Closing date: April 21, 2025

In this role you will:
- With professionalism and conformance to business etiquette, be an ambassador with third party vendors.
- Per Owner’s request and as assigned by the Personal Flight Concierge, follow quote - arrangement - communication process for ground logistics (i.e. catering, transportation, expediting of unaccompanied goods, passenger mobility aids, etc.)
- Per Owner’s request, coordinate any in-flight requests (i.e. cabin service attendant, level of cabin service, cabin configurations, special commissary, or any other service add-ons), following the quote - arrangement - communication process.
- Conduct one-day out, quality control checks to confirm ground logistics will be ready & correct.
- Conduct one-day out, quality control checks to confirm in-flight requests will be ready & correct (i.e. cabin service attendant, level of cabin service, cabin configurations, special commissary, or any other service add-ons)
- Conduct same-day, quality control checks to ensure all logistics are on site and ready.
- While on shift, maintain a proactive, situational awareness of an Owner’s needs while they are on a trip.
- Source and upload receipts for all requests to ensure the billable cost details are provided to accounting.
- Resolve any booking-related issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Business writing and etiquette courses may be required (supplied by AirSprint).
- Experience with MS Windows and MS Office required.
Bonus points if you have:
- Written and oral proficiency in French.
- Experience in the aviation industry.
