Communications Coordinator
Reports To: Manager, People and Performance
Location: Calgary, Palmer Hangar
Schedule: Four days on shift followed by four days off, based on a 11-hour workday, on a rotating shift that includes days, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays

As the Communications Coordinator (CC), you work within the Owner Services (OS) team, as part of the Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC) team. You will manage the OS phone line and HelpScout inbox, providing timely and professional responses to all inbound Owner inquiries. You will provide exceptional customer service, emphasizing quality control within this role.
In this role you will:
- Manage HelpScout inbox and respond to all inbound Owner emails, managing HS tags as needed.
- Maintain proactive situational awareness of Owner inquiries and update accordingly.
- Delegate flight requests to designated Personal Concierge on shift.
- Monitor overall turnaround times to ensure 15-minute KPI is met.
- Aid with inbound missing information, as required.
- Assist in creation of communication templates and travel documents (i.e. customs declaration forms).
- Monitoring and communication of upcoming Special Events and associated fees.
- Assist with invoice reconciliation for third party vendors.
- Manage ChromeRiver department, monthly expense report.
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by Manager, People and Performance.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years customer service experience required.
- Business writing and etiquette courses may be required (provided by AirSprint).
- Experience with MS Windows and MS Office required.

- Experience with Fl3xx.
