Position Overview: As a Laundry Supervisor at The Explorer Hotel, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of the laundry department. Your role will involve overseeing laundry staff, ensuring the timely processing of linens and uniforms, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry staff, including washers, dryers, and ironers.
• Ensure the efficient processing and distribution of clean linens, towels, and uniforms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of laundry materials.
• Train and mentor laundry team members in proper laundry procedures and safety protocols.
• Enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a laundry supervisory role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
