You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of front office staff, including hotel clerks and reservation agents.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, resolving any guest concerns promptly.
• Oversee room reservations, cancellations, and modifications, maximizing occupancy and revenue.
• Train and mentor front office staff in providing outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and billing information.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve guest issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel front office role, with a minimum of [X years] in a supervisory capacity.
