About the Role:
The Senior Operations Project Manager oversees various projects and programs for the Operations Strategy team managed by the Director of Operations.  A key member of the Operations Team, they will manage key operations projects, internal and external communications, project calendars, and budget details. They will work cross functionally with operations team members, other functions, and external partners to facilitate project completion.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work cross functionally with internal and external partners through pre-planning, management, and retrospective assessments to ensure completion and high-quality production of projects. Follow up on project tasks with team members to ensure consistent, continuous progress toward completion. Provide feedback which assists driving projects to completion, while knowing when to escalate concerns to keep project on track. Help support development through hands-on contributions.
  • Proactively work with communications team on internal and external communication needs for the operations strategy team.  Facilitate meeting planning, preparation, and calendarizing.
  • Create and maintain workflow, trackers and other key project documents to facilitate project completion and enhancements.
  • Manages Operations Strategy calendar outlining key projects and dates to determine availability of additional project onboarding and team bandwidth.
  • Manages Operations Strategy budget through dedicated software. Support key stakeholders to maintain and report budgets correctly and on time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of overall experience in Project Management preferred within the QSR, hospitality or retail industry.
  • Strategic Planning- Ability to plan and execute focused programs and projects
  • Advanced proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite products. Working knowledge of Zoom and Teams conferencing platforms.
  • Efficient in managing time and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective delegation to foster accountability and growth through clear goals and expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset
  • Identification of motivational tactics and situational awareness to solve problems
  • Travel Requirement: up to 10%
