About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to support our APAC team as a Franchise & Operations Coordinator based in Seoul, South Korea. This role support office tasks and provides assistant as an Office/IT Administration Assistant.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Manage and organize newsletters, handle invoice settlement by inputting and managing APW cost invoices, oversee office supplies and pantry inventory, organize and generate various Excel reports including integrated reports, support budget/settlement systems and Excel charts with data entry and organization, coordinate meetings by managing room bookings and schedules, assist with team support tasks, and provide general administrative support for office operations.
  • Data entry for sales/corrections, WISR’s received along with updating store details, memos, basic fixed, opening & closing date, attribute information etc. in SUBS. Process Royalty Credits as needed. Keeping all reports up to date and staying up to date on company publications and policies. Manage restaurant insurance updates.
  • Provide QA check on Product update and Price change in customer facing system such as 3PD, apps. 
  • Support IT admin work working with End User Experience team for Lap top set-up, system upgrades and Asset Management.

 

Qualifications (some examples listed below):

  • Prior experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar role required (experience in the retail or food industry is a plus).
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in an corporate office arrangement or similar.
  • Technical Proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize workload and comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, detail oriented
  • Interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills with a self-motivated attitude to work.
  • Language requirements: Fluent in English & Korean – any additional language a plus.
