Product Manager - Medical Imaging
The Opportunity
We have a unique opportunity for a Medical Imaging Product Manager to develop the commercial strategies for our MRI technology. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management this is a great opportunity to exercise your breadth of product management experience and knowledge to help bring the latest medical imaging technologies to market. You will be responsible for leading, managing, and executing all upstream and downstream marketing, as well as defining the product roadmap in alignment with the overall business objectives.
The Product Manager will be a primary contributor to product definition and will be responsible for identifying and articulating new opportunities in the marketplace. This endeavour will require strong research and analytical skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and an ability to represent the customer as a stakeholder in detailed design team meetings. The Product Manager will be a domain expert, capable of holding deep technical discussions with key customer constituents including but not limited to the C-Suite, IT, Operations, Facilities, Physicians, and Researchers within a hospital. As the expert for their product, this individual will spend time in the field developing key relationships while supporting the Sales and Clinical Applications teams with product positioning, sales, and installation. The Product Manager will also be involved in downstream marketing activities in addition to the upstream responsibilities, including the development of marketing materials, supporting tradeshows, providing product demonstrations, and positioning strategy and training.

What You’ll Do
Product Definition
• Addressable market definition, analysis and positioning
• Identification of market opportunities and regulatory constraints
• Establish relationships with luminaries
• Establish familiarity with and access to competitive products
• Establish Voice of Customer funnel to drive future product iteration
• Contribute to design reviews and showcases on product development teams
• Define and drive the short and long-term product roadmap in line with the corporate strategy
Product Advocacy
• Own the product launch and go-to-market strategy
• Support sales team in conferences, trade shows and developing new sites
• Support engineering in customer VIP demonstrations and discussions
• Support Clinical and Field Support teams during product implementation
• Contribute to marketing and promotional plans and control product related activities to that plan
• Train internal and external sales teams on product detail and messaging
• Support of initial implementation of products in the field at luminary accounts
Product Marketing
• Generate messaging and content for downstream product marketing activities, including brochures, training materials, whitepapers, and others
What You’ll Need
• 5 years of experience with a focus on medical imaging and radiological planning technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related fields
• Familiarity with advanced imaging techniques in neuroscience
• Knowledge of competitive landscape in surgical planning
