Position Overview    
As a member of the Richardson Wealth Products and Services team, you will work on systems/platforms used by internal and external users.  

The Data Reconciliation Analyst will act as a liaison to the back-office (Fidelity Clearing), the system (Envestnet) and Envestnet reconciliation team to monitor and ensure data quality is maintained   Based on feedback and your own use of the application, you will proactively identify opportunities for improvement related to data quality and system functionality to improve the client and advisor experience.  
    
Duties and Responsibilities    
•    Review and analyze data to determine the correct impacts on reporting.
•    Identify and clearly communicate issues and provide resolution (where applicable).
•    Test and evaluate system enhancement.
•    Work with back-office operations to identify areas for improvement. 
•    Complete task and projects on the agreed timeline.
•    Ability to help with the organization and planning of system changes and releases/launches.
•    Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure departmental needs are considered in strategic decisions and in development of options, solutions and alternative actions.
•    Participate in creating test case documentation and completion and execution of business user acceptance testing. 
•    Keep others informed and up to date about the status / progress of projects and / or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities. 
        
Qualifications    
•    Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experiences in the financial sector
•    Familiar with performance reporting and calculations and operational processes 
•    Time management and organizational skills to set short-term priorities while working on several projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
•    Capacity for detailed and accurate work
•    Ability to work under pressure
•    Ability to problem solve and use a commonsense approach.
•    Excellent verbal and written skills.
•    Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
•    Experience with Envestnet or Dataphile are an asset.
        
Education    
•    University degree or college diploma.
•    Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) a benefit.
•    Other industry-related courses are an asset.
