What will you do?

  • Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
  • Establish expertise by understanding organizational touchpoints and leading solution design and delivery.
  • Drive continuous process improvements in billing systems, conduct gap analysis, and collaborate across teams (Customer Care, IT, Marketing).
  • Manage requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
  • Conduct audits to ensure billing system accuracy and develop reports on audits and KPIs.
  • Maintain data integrity and governance with current documentation.
  • Ensure accurate billing and communication delivery to customers.
  • Oversee system enhancements, process improvements, and support solutions in billing management.
  • Establish timely and cost-effective communication channels.
  • Support customer onboarding and acquisitions.
  • Contribute to the implementation of corporate strategies.

What do you bring?

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Established analyst with experience reviewing, interpreting and presenting data from complex systems and processes  
  • Minimum 2 years expertise in customer billing applications and S/4Hana ISU preferred
  • Working knowledge of business solutions and program/project management concepts, including: Business Case/Scope, Process and Application requirements and design, Development and Testing, Training and Documentation, Deliver and Post-Implementation Review.
  • Expertise with Microsoft suite, including Excel, Access, SQL, Power BI, and Power Point
  • Communicates effectively, in the mode best suited to the audience.
  • Creative and innovative thinker who can take business needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs
  • Strong business and financial background
  • Detail oriented and results focused
