JOB DESCRIPTION:
Team Leaders supervise the daily operations in parking, ticketing and admissions. They coach and mentor staff on how to provide extreme customer service while at the same time ensuring guests understand the rules and policies of the park. This job requires a class G driver’s licence. This job requires bilingual French and English.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report to assigned work area on time and in compliance with company dress code.
- Supervise the work of guest service teams
- Manage any escalation, comments or guest complaints
- Accountable for balanced floats
- Ensure staff works safely receive timely breaks
- Be a role model for your staff; proper uniform, no cell phone, etc.
- Management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g. Emergencies, change in workload, rush jobs, staff levels, or technical development) arise.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual French and English
- Past experience in a customer service role is an asset
- Ability to focus on multiple tasks and prioritize the work
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
- This position is outdoors in all summer weather
- This position requires frequent work in heat and sun.
- This position requires occasional work in or around water, proximity to patrons, fumes/odors.

- Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.
