JOB DESCRIPTION:  

Calypso park services is the team who keep the park clean and tidy. They work from the parking lot throughout the park and in all buildings ensuring our standard for cleanliness is met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• Report to assigned work area on time and in compliance with company dress code. 
• Comply with company and departmental standards on grooming. 
• Work in teams to keep the park clean and fresh at all times
• Clean washrooms on a rotation including toilets, sinks, counters and floors
• Work in assigned sectors picking up trash, sweeping and keeping garbage cans clean
• Wash tables and chairs in common eating areas
• Walk-the-lot in teams to clean the parking areas
• Respond to radio calls for bio clean ups
• Management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g. Emergencies, change in workload, rush jobs, staff levels, or technical development) arise.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:  

• Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Team player.
• Organized and detail oriented. 
• Good communication skills

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:   

• This position is outdoors in all summer weather
• This position requires frequent work in heat and sun.
• This position requires occasional work in or around water, detergents/chemicals, fumes/odors.

• Requires occasional walking, reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling. 
• Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.
