We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Print Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. This role involves managing daily print production deadlines, coordinating with clients to gather print assets, and ensuring flawless execution from start to finish. You will need to work both directly and indirectly with clients, handle technical challenges, and maintain the highest standards of quality under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire print production process, ensuring daily deadlines are consistently met.
- Gather print assets from clients, ensuring all materials meet production specifications.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical production issues efficiently.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail at all stages of the production process.
- Provide clear, timely communication to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress.
- Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of print production processes and tools.
- Impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to ensure 100% accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet daily deadlines consistently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for quickly resolving production issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience interacting with clients.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in print production or a similar role.
- Familiarity with industry-standard print tools and software.
