Manager, Digital Transformation

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Manager, Digital Transformation to oversee project delivery teams, manage portfolio planning, optimize resources, and build strong stakeholder relationships. You're Good At:

• Implementing best practices for project delivery and team collaboration
• Leading, coaching, and motivating teams to achieve quality and delivery objectives
• Managing portfolio roadmaps and aligning them with business needs
• Driving continuous improvement in project management and software development practices
• Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and managing project intake processes
• Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP (or equivalent) and/or CBAP certification (preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management & Business Analysis (5+ in software/IT projects)
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Deep understanding of project governance, SDLC, testing life cycles, and IT frameworks
• Experience with resource management and planning tools
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
