We have now completed our pivotal clinical study and our focus is on regulatory approvals and commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Supply Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities. The role involves managing the investigational product process, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.
Meaningful work you will be a part of
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own and train new users in the Investigational Product Management Process.
- Manage continuous improvement of the current process.
- Maintain and ensure accurate Investigational Product records.
- Ensure escalation of issues related to the timeliness and quality of Investigational Product delivery to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain awareness of key trial related metrics (i.e. study start-up and activation details) to support in-time study support for items related to site start-up requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct equipment availability for clinical trials.
- Communicate equipment status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Manage the equipment configurations, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable industry regulations.
- Support development of other process related documentation for Investigational product management
- Support the operations team in other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the team

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant Life Sciences field
- 2 + years of experience managing projects.
- 5 + years of experience working in engineering or life sciences.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
- Knowledge of Clinical Operational practices and workflows is an asset.
- Experience working with Medical Devices or other regulated industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Compensation
Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% RRSP contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted.
As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.
- 90,000 – 105,000 CAD Annually
