To achieve this, we have developed The Globe® Pulsed Field System – we have a fantastic technical team that has developed a product with strong, unique, and customer-valued differentiators versus other solutions on the market. We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story. 

  

We have now completed our pivotal clinical study and our focus is on regulatory approvals and commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients. 

  

Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC. 

  

Meaningful work you will be a part of 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Support users by troubleshooting and resolving PLM and PDM system functionality, integration, and performance issues. 
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, IT, and compliance teams to align PTC Windchill PLM and Dassault SolidWorks PDM system capabilities with business needs.  
  • Conduct feasibility studies to propose system solutions, analyzing level of effort, and preparing project plans. 
  • Contribute technically while helping drive consensus on changes to affected information systems. 
  • Ensure system performance, reliability, and data integrity, optimizing configurations as needed. 
  • Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and user guides to improve system adoption. 
  • Review and own administrative and configuration guides. 
  • Assist, in a fractional capacity, as a change administrator for PDM and PLM system changes. 
  • Liaise with external vendors for system updates, support, and feature implementations. 
  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, SOX, ISO 27001, and NIST standards, as well as configuration management best practices for regulated industries (MedDev, Aerospace, Automotive, etc.).

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with degrees in other fields may qualify with relevant work experience in PLM/PDM systems. 
  • 7+ years of experience in systems analysis, PLM/PDM administration, or a related role. 
  • Experience with PLM/PDM system implementations, upgrades, and integrations in a complex enterprise environment is highly desirable. 
  • Expertise in PLM & PDM Systems: Experience with PTC Windchill PLM and/or Dassault SolidWorks PDM. 
  • Experience in Regulated Environments: Background in MedDev, Aerospace, Automotive, or other industries requiring compliance with SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar standards. 
  • Understanding of ERP & Enterprise Integrations: Experience integrating with ERP or other enterprise tools is a plus. 
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess system needs, troubleshoot issues, and propose efficient solutions. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL, scripting (Python, PowerShell), API integrations, or system automation. 
  • Project Management Experience: Ability to support or lead system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations. 
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders. 

  

Compensation  

Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% RRSP contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted. 

As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan. 

  • $95,000 - $113000 (CAD Annually)
