We have now completed our pivotal clinical study and our focus is on regulatory approvals and commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.
As the Senior Project Manager – ERP & Business Applications, you will oversee the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Field Services, CRM, Power Platform, and other mission-critical projects. You will ensure that these projects align with business objectives, timelines, and operational needs, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
This role is pivotal to our company’s growth and scaling strategy, ensuring that our business systems evolve to meet increasing operational demands. You will work closely with senior leadership and business leaders, directly influencing and accelerating our digital transformation journey.
Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Leadership – Oversee the successful execution of ERP, Field Services, CRM, Power Platform, and related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Collaboration with Senior Leadership – Work closely with business leaders and executives to ensure digital initiatives drive measurable business impact.
- Team Management – Lead a cross-functional project team, ensuring effective collaboration across business units and IT.
- Stakeholder Communication – Act as the primary liaison between internal business teams and our implementation partners, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Project Planning & Execution – Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress, timelines, and dependencies.
- Risk & Change Management – Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive effective change management initiatives.
- Requirement Gathering & Approval – Facilitate sessions to gather, review, and approve business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Testing & Go-Live Readiness – Oversee test strategy execution and ensure that go-live planning and readiness activities are effectively managed.
- Roadmap Development – Develop a long-term technology roadmap for ERP, Field Services, CRM, and Power Platform, ensuring continuous improvement and scalability.

- Proven Experience in Complex Implementations – You have led large-scale ERP or business application projects, ideally in complex industries such as manufacturing, medical devices, or other highly regulated environments.
- Engineering Mindset or Experience – You have either an engineering background or significant experience working in engineering-driven organizations, understanding the structured, detail-oriented approach required for success.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability – You work well in fast-paced environments, navigating challenges and finding solutions to keep projects on track.
- Clear & Effective Communication – You can engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Strategic & Business-Focused Thinking – You understand how business applications support long-term goals and can help shape the roadmap to maximize impact.
- Regulatory & Compliance Experience – You are familiar with managing projects that require adherence to strict regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance is built into system implementations.
- Change Management Expertise – You recognize that ERP and system implementations drive business transformation and have experience leading organizations through change.
- Attention to Detail & High Standards – You ensure milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are well-managed to drive successful outcomes.
- Technical & Business Acumen – You have a solid understanding of ERP, CRM, and enterprise solutions to make informed decisions.
- Relevant Certifications & Experience – PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or similar business applications is highly valued.
Compensation
Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% RRSP contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted.
As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.
- $110,000 - $150,000 (CAD Annually)
