We have now completed our pivotal clinical study and our focus is on regulatory approvals and commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.
As the Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain Management (SCM), you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of ERP and other business applications, with a strong focus on supply chain, procurement, and logistics. You will work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure that our systems align with operational needs, regulatory requirements, and long-term business strategy.
This role is pivotal in optimizing and transforming our supply chain processes and systems, ensuring they scale effectively with our company’s rapid growth and increasing complexity. Additionally, you will be expected to develop deep knowledge of our current business processes and systems, engaging directly with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify gaps, and drive meaningful improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop Deep Business & System Knowledge – Engage with operations, supply chain, procurement, and engineering teams to understand current workflows, system usage, and key business challenges.
- Business Requirements & Process Mapping – Gather and document business needs, translating them into system requirements that align with strategic objectives.
- ERP & Business Application Implementation – Ensure that Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other business applications effectively support supply chain workflows, inventory management, and vendor interactions.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and implementation partners, ensuring alignment across functions.
- Regulatory & Compliance Support – Work within complex regulatory environments, ensuring supply chain processes comply with industry standards and business requirements.
- Testing & Validation – Develop test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure system configurations meet business expectations.
- Change Management & Training – Help drive adoption by supporting training initiatives and ensuring business teams can effectively use new tools and processes.
- Roadmap & Continuous Improvement – Support the development of a long-term technology roadmap for supply chain management, identifying opportunities for optimization.

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:
- Deep SCM & ERP Experience – Strong background in supply chain processes, logistics, procurement, and inventory management, with hands-on experience implementing ERP or business applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to assess complex supply chain challenges and develop structured, scalable solutions.
- Proactive Business Engagement – A mindset of active learning and engagement with the business to understand current systems and workflows, ensuring solutions are rooted in real operational needs.
- Experience in Complex Industries – Background in manufacturing, medical devices, or other regulated environments is a strong asset.
- Engineering or Technical Acumen – Either an engineering background or experience working in engineering-driven organizations.
- Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge – Familiarity with supply chain regulations, quality standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Business & IT Alignment – Ability to translate business needs into functional system requirements and collaborate with technical teams.
- Process Optimization & Automation – Experience improving supply chain workflows through system enhancements and automation.
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management – Ability to engage with senior leaders, supply chain teams, and IT professionals to ensure successful project execution.
- Project Management & Change Leadership – Comfortable managing priorities, leading workshops, and driving adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Relevant Certifications & Tools – Certifications in supply chain (APICS, CPIM, CSCP) or business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
Compensation
Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% RRSP contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted.
As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.
- $95,000 – $145,000 (CAD Annually)
