We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story. 

 

We have now completed our pivotal clinical study and our focus is on regulatory approvals and commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients. 

 

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to successfully launch and promote our pulsed field catheter ablation system. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker with a strong background in medical device marketing and a passion for driving commercial success. We will consider candidates for remote work in the USA or Canada.

 

What you’ll be doing 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for the commercial launch of the pulsed field catheter ablation system.
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, engineering, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and successful product launch.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electrophysiology and pulsed field ablation technology to inform marketing strategies. 

 

What you bring to the team

You are suited to our approach and possess these attributes:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in electrophysiology.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading commercial product launches.
  • Strong knowledge of electrophysiology and catheter ablation systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to travel at least 25%.

Compensation  

Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% 401K contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted. 

As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan. 

  • $145,000 – 195,000 (USD Annually)
