Sausage Maker

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of sausage-making fundamentals & familiarity with sausage-making equipment
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working during peak grocery retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience working in the meat industry is preferred

Role and Responsibilities:

• Preparing recipe ingredients for sausage and smoked products
• Grinding, mixing, stuffing, hanging, smoking, and cooling of products
• Ensure a clean and sanitized the work area
• Assist in Team Member training and coaching
• Prepare special orders as per customer's request

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Location: Hinton, AB (Hinton Hill Location)
• Wage: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour
