Lead Produce Clerk

Do you have a passion for fresh, local produce along with leading people? Freson Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retail chain, is looking for a friendly and energetic person to be a Lead Produce Clerk in Fairview, Alberta.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of produce experience
• Warm and welcoming personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working during peak grocery retail hours (i.e. evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring product is stocked, well-presented, rotated, and culled appropriately
• Assist the Produce Manager in creating seasonal and promotional displays
• Assist in Team Member training and coaching
• Ensure a clean and sanitized work area
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time 
• Location: Fairview, AB
• Wage: $16.00 - $19.00 / hour
