Coffee Shop Manager

Freson Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retail chain, is currently looking for a Coffee Shop Manager to join our team based in the Barrhead, Alberta Freson Bros. - Coffee Shop Kiosk.

Qualifications:

• Focused on Hospitality Excellence

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store Team Members

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Focused on active listening

• Experience with food preparation and serving is preferred

• Excels in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (i.e. evenings, weekends and holidays)

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and inviting environment for customers

  • Answer questions, accept orders, and process payments for customers

• Prepare food and drink orders according to standard recipes or customizations

• Maintain a clean and organized work space and overall kiosk appearance

• Lead the Coffee Shop team with:

  • Updating signage and displays

  • Tracking and replenishing inventory of products and ingredients

• Train, develop and motivate Coffee Shop Team Members

• Resolve customer and Coffee Shop department concerns and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full Time

• Salary Details: $40,000 - 45,000 / year

• Work Environment: Barrhead, AB

• Hours of Operation: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday-Sunday
