Join The Team:

ERCO Corporate Office is looking for a Procurement Summer Student to join our team! Throughout the summer, this position will participate in the various activities of the Procurement team as well as specific project and initiatives. These initiatives will have a direct impact on ERCO’s bottom line and improve the efficiency of the Source to Pay process. Additional tasks and initiatives will be assigned as required.

The Role:

• Contact suppliers to increase electronic invoice enablement
• Support and/or lead S2P platform enhancement projects as assigned
• Participation in system implementation and testing
• Assist in enhancing Supplier Sustainability reporting
• Analyze and report data for miscellaneous savings projects
• Help scrubbing of Item Master and Supplier Master

The Person:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in a corporate environment is considered an asset
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Superior customer service orientation
• Resourceful, resilient, and pragmatic
• Proficient experience with MS Office suite, specifically MS Excel
• French and/or Spanish language skills, in addition to English, are considered an asset
• Focused and results driven, transparent, and articulate
• Drives continuous improvement
• Resilient – can adapt to ever changing environments and cultures
