Vos responsabilités principales

• Effectuer la conception technique et la coordination de différents projets en mécanique du bâtiment

• Collaborer en équipe afin de réaliser des projets de conception de systèmes mécaniques reliés au bâtiment pour différents secteurs (institutionnel, bureau, commercial, culturel et résidentiel) en mécanique du bâtiment
• Établir un contact avec le client afin de comprendre ses besoins
• Effectuer les relevés des installations existantes
• Analyser, concevoir et adapter des installations reliées au bâtiment
• Rédiger des études d'avant-projet et différents types de production de rapport destiné au client
• Évaluer le budget de coûts de construction, participer à l'élaboration des échéanciers
• Rédiger des devis et rapports techniques
• Faire la coordination interdisciplinaire avec les professionnels externes
• Fournir l'assistance à la surveillance des travaux

Profil recherché 

• Avoir un diplôme universitaire en génie mécanique;
• Posséder plus de 8 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
• Être membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;
• Connaître les milieux commercial, résidentiel, institutionnel, municipal et industriel;
• Maitriser les codes et les normes régissant la mécanique du bâtiment au Québec;
• Maitriser les logiciels de la suite Office, AutoCad et Revit;
• Maitriser la langue française (oral et écrit); l’anglais est un atout!
• Excellentes capacités relationnelles et un très bon esprit d’équipe;
