Your main responsibilities
- Take charge of designing and coordinating mechanical building systems for a variety of exciting projects.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to craft custom solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, delivering exceptional building mechanics projects for institutional, office, commercial, cultural, and residential spaces.
- Conduct on-site surveys of existing installations alongside your mentor, gathering insights to drive improvements and refinements.
- Analyze, design and adapt installations related to building mechanics
- Help produce construction cost estimates
- Assist in writing up specs and technical reports that help guide the entire project process.
- Be a key support for site supervision, ensuring everything runs according to plan and meets safety and design standards.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
- Professional title or accreditation: Member of the Professional Engineers (or similar) as an engineer
- 1 year of experience, including any internships
- Solid skills with AutoCAD, Revit, and Office 365
- Key strengths: Adaptability, communication, dependability, taking initiative, and staying organized
