Your main responsibilities

 

  • Technical design and coordination of various acoustic and soundproofing projects
  • Work closely with engineers and technicians to develop solutions tailored to customer needs and carry out acoustic and soundproofing projects for various sectors (institutional, office, commercial, cultural and residential)
  • Survey existing installations across the greather Montreal area
  • Analyze and adapt building-related installations for acoustic and soundproofing projects
  • Produce in-house consultation cost estimates
  • Write technical and analysis reports
  • Provide assistant in regards to site supervision
  • Develop new tools and improve existing ones
  • Ensure interdisciplinary collaboration with external professionals

 

Your Profile

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or a Master's degree in Acoustics. 
  • Be registered under l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec as a CPI or as an ing.  
  • Must have completed his bachelor's degree or Master's degree and have experience as a consultant or in another engineering firm on similar projects.
  • Must be fluent in Frnehc, both written and spoken. 
  • Must be confortable using the Microsoft office 365 package. Asset if you know Cadnaa, Odeon, Ease or Insul.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility, Application of Professionnal Knowledge, Communication, Dependability, Initiative, Personal Organization.
  • You must have your driver's license so you can visit client's site and construction sites.
