Your main responsibilities
The Proposal Writer’s main responsibility will be the preparation of service offers and marketing documents. Activities related to this position will include:
- Reading and understanding tender documents
- Organizing start-up and follow-up meetings for the preparation of service offers.
- Work with a member of senior management to establish the proposal development strategy (project team, relevant experience, methodology and other required text).
- Research, write and revise project sheets, resumes, project approach, firm profile, etc.
- Plan and respect the work schedule to ensure that the document is submitted by the agreed date and time.
- Perform layout and final assembly, and ensure quality of deliverables.
- Follow-up on document delivery
- Keep database up to date at all times
Your profile
- University degree or college diploma in a relevant field
- Experience in a similar position (consulting engineering, architecture or construction) an asset
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
- Superior technical writing skills
- Excellent command of Word, knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- Demonstrate rigor, attention to detail and professionalism
- Excellent management of priorities, speed of execution and organizational skills
