Communication and Marketing Coordinator

Your main responsibilities

• Create content/publications for our various platforms in line with our brand image (Sharepoint intranet, social media, website, etc.) (information research, planning, writing, creation of visuals, integration, distribution)
• Participate in editorial planning, communications calendar management and community management
• Coordinate the production of promotional material as well as various visual and audiovisual content
• Update the website and other digital platforms
• Develop new systems and improve existing ones
• Participate in the organization of events
• Collaborate in the execution of communication plans in line with the company's needs and brand image
• Participate in various special communication and marketing projects in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in the search for suppliers (venues, caterers, photographers, printers, copywriters, freelancers)
• Coordinate photo shoots to support the creation of communications and marketing material

Your profile

• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent writing skills in French
• Rigorous, attention to detail and meticulous
• Bilingualism required to communicate with offices outside Quebec
• Excellent ability to understand and work with a brand image and translate it into visuals, messages and tone of voice
• Interest and aptitude for graphic design with Canva, respecting brand image
• Essential knowledge of WordPress, Canva, Sharepoint 
• Mastery of social media and social media measurement tools
• Natural aptitude for digital platforms 
• Knowledge of video creation and editing (an asset)
• Ability to manage multiple files and projects simultaneously
• Organized, autonomous, resourceful and able to adapt easily to changing circumstances
• Strong ability and interest in working in a collaborative atmosphere that promotes knowledge sharing and peer to peer support.
