Demand Planner
We’re excited to invite talented candidates to join our team as a Demand Planner and help shape the future of our supply chain! In this dynamic role, you’ll create and refine demand plans for assigned product segments, developing accurate forecasts at multiple levels and timeframes by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to meet sales, service, and supply chain objectives.

You’re good at:
- Developing accurate demand forecasts and statistical models to drive supply chain efficiency
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on demand drivers and commercial plans
- Leading cross-functional teams, facilitating reviews, and translating insights into actionable operational plans
- Analyzing market trends, historical data, and promotional impacts to refine forecasting processes
- Managing product lifecycles, including new product launches, SKU rationalizations, and discontinuations
What you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Statistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related mathematics field
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning and supply chain management
- Strong technical expertise, including 3+ years with statistical forecasting/modeling tools (e.g., John Galt Forecast X, Forecast Pro, SAP APO-DP, SteelWedge, Voyager Demand Planning)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) and experience in sales planning or business forecasting
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and influence others
- Experience in a high-SKU, seasonal business environment is a plus
- IBF Certified Professional Forecaster designation or equivalent is an asset
