We are looking for a talented Business Relationship Manager to join our IT team and collaborate closely with the Webber Pharmaceuticals Sales division. This key position serves as a vital link between IT and Sales, ensuring that technology initiatives align with sales goals and deliver business impact. The ideal candidate will be naturally self-motivated, focused on building strong relationships, and driven by a sense of purpose.

You’re good at:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships between IT and Sales teams.
  • Understanding business needs and translating them into effective IT solutions.
  • Managing projects, gathering requirements, and aligning technology with sales objectives.
  • Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance sales processes through technology.

 

What you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT or Sales, with expertise in business relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT and Sales processes, along with CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
