IT Intern - Infrastructure (May - August)

We are seeking a few motivated and enthusiastic summer interns to join our IT Infrastructure department. The interns will assist with various projects aimed at improving and maintaining our technology systems. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Support network infrastructure projects, including troubleshooting network issues.
• Help with the management and optimization of the company's servers and storage solutions.
• Participate in security audits and contribute to the implementation of security protocols.
• Document processes and provide support for IT-related inquiries from other departments.
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Learn and apply new technologies to enhance system performance.

Qualifications & Education:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of network and server infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of IT systems.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
